When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. Please don't include detailed health or medical information in the form. We'll talk that through with you directly.
Job applications are handled on our careers site, careers.wilaadecare.co.uk, which explains how it uses your information.
We use enquiries to reply to you and to discuss the care or support you're asking about. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and on taking steps you've asked for before entering into a contract for care.
When you send the form, it's emailed straight to our team's Microsoft 365 mailbox. The website itself doesn't keep a copy of your message. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months unless you become a client, when it becomes part of your care records.
This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. It's hosted by Cloudflare, which handles technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. The map on our contact page only loads from Google Maps if you choose to show it, and Google may then set its own cookies.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
